Quercus new Spot Control project in Chile is now in the news!
Parking Network featured in their last week’s news edition, our latest Spot Control project in Chile. The parking facilities serving the new city hall in Lo Barnechea, Santiago de Chile are now equipped with intelligent Spot Control devices for reliable parking guidance, license plate recognition and video surveillance at each parking spot.
The All-in-One Spot Control units can help parkers find easily an available parking spot by displaying different colours depending on the status of the spot. The identification of the parking spot is highly reliable and is done using our proprietary OCR that correctly recognizes the license plate of the vehicle that occupies it. The same Spot Control sensor acts as a video surveillance camera, recording everything that happens in the spot where the vehicle is parked.
