New Spot Control project in Chile
The parking facilities serving the new civic center in Lo Barnechea, Santiago de Chile are now equipped with intelligent Spot Control devices for reliable parking guidance, license plate recognition and video surveillance at each parking spot.
The modern building with more than 15931m2 and 8 floors also hosts a 3-level car park with more than 150 parking spots. The municipality of Lo Barnechea chose BirdWatch Smart Parking Suite developed by Quercus to equip the parking facilities in order to boost the efficiency, automation and user-friendliness of the car park.
The project is based on the powerful BirdWatch Parking Suite. It includes Spot Control sensors for reliable parking guidance, vehicle identification with LPR and enhanced security with video detection et every parking space. Car Access and CCTV capabilities are also included at entries/exits and video surveillance throughout the facilities. All this information is interrelated and managed through the BirdWatch software platform.
