Company Meeting 2020 keeps on: Quercus Team Building activity

Quercus Technologies holds its traditional Company Meeting this week including corporate, strategic and leisure activities. One of them is a Team Building workshop in the hill country surrounding the Hermitage of Mare de Déu de la Roca, in Mont-roig. The workshop was offered by the corporate psychologist, consultant and coach Xavier Plana, together with "Entre Camins”, an organization specializing in mountain experiences.

An adventure that allows employees of different departments and areas to connect to each other while they perform a search and orientation activity. The activity prompts team communication, which allows their members to pass tests together, assess any problems they faced and their resolution.
